Diagnosis first. Then the fix.

Here's exactly how I find what's limiting your growth,
decide what to fix first, and make sure it gets done.

Many things look broken.
Usually one is holding back the rest.

Most businesses I meet can list five marketing problems. Fix all five at once and you spend a lot, change a lot, and can't tell what worked.

Find the one that's limiting everything else, fix that first, and the rest often get easier on their own.

To find it, I look at your whole system using the GROWTH framework.

Find it. Prioritize it. Fix it.

1. Diagnose

Through the Revenue Growth Diagnostic, I review your full client-acquisition system: positioning, lead generation, qualification, nurture, sales process, conversion, client experience, and reporting, plus the data and processes behind them. It takes about two weeks.

The goal is to separate symptoms from root causes and find the one constraint that will make the biggest difference if fixed first.

2. Prioritize

Not everything that's broken needs fixing now. I rank what to fix first, what can wait, and what to stop spending money on, then walk you through it all in a review session.

You get:
A 90-Day Revenue Growth Roadmap in three 30-day sprints (fix, build, launch), plus a review session covering findings, recommendations, and next steps.

Steps 1 and 2 both happen inside the Revenue Growth Diagnostic.

3. Implement

I stay involved to make sure the fix happens, managing the work across whoever does it best, whether that's me, your staff, your vendors, or specialists from my network, so the pieces work as one system. When that constraint is fixed, we find the next one.

You get:
Senior marketing leadership without a full-time hire. $3k-$5k per month, depending on the engagement.

“He doesn’t just identify what’s missing. He brings the solution.”
